We've combined what we know and one things for sure - there is a tremendous amount of hype surrounding the reveal of the 2021 F-150. We are not surprised knowing it is America's best selling truck for the past 43 years.
We will share the watch party details on our J.C. Lewis Ford Facebook. Clear your schedules, June 25 at 8pm. You're going to want to see the reveal of the all-new F-150 - the toughest, most productive F-150 ever, and targeted to be the most powerful light duty full-size pickup.
The new Ford F-150 is almost here. We’ve seen numerous spy shots showing the inside and outside, and we’ve learned a fair amount through leaked information. At the end of May, Ford officially announced the reveal date for the new truck as June 25. And now, the automaker offers a teaser glimpse of the truck’s new eyes. The headlights and fog lights are trimmed with LED strips, and this intentionally blacked-out teaser highlights the LED treatment. It’s also a feature we’ve seen prominently in spy photos, and for that matter, we’ve pretty much seen the entire front end in spy shots.Ford will offer the next-generation F-150 with no fewer than six powertrains—including a plug-in hybrid for the very first time—plus three cab configurations and both long and short bed lengths. Need something to impress the in-laws? Upscale models offer more than just a touch of luxury. Towing something heavy? We expect some of these half-ton trucks will boast a maximum towing capacity of at least 13,000 pounds. And don't forget the bad-boy F-150 Raptor, Ford's performance powerhouse, which will arrive sometime after the base truck.
The all-new Ford F-150 will be detailed by company leaders during a June 26 conference call with Citi Research. The call, hosted by Citi’s Itay Michaeli following the global reveal of the all-new F-150 on June 25, will feature:
Ford Truck Group Marketing Manager, Todd Eckert
F-150 Chief Engineer, Craig Schmatz
Ford Executive Director of Enterprise Connectivity, Stuart Taylor, and
Ford Executive Director of Investor Relations, Lynn Antipas Tyson
The Ford team will describe innovative features of the all-new F-150 that will help customers around the world “get the job done.” Among new attributes, it will be the first vehicle built on Ford’s new electrical architecture and will receive regular over-the-air updates to key modules controlling vehicle performance and user experiences, including innovative fleet-management solutions for Ford’s commercial customers.
The all-new F-150 is part of the F-Series lineup that has been America’s best-selling truck for 43 straight years and America’s best-selling vehicle of any type for 38 consecutive years. Callers can listen to the conference call, which will begin at 10 a.m. EDT, by dialing +1 (323) 701-0170 and entering passcode 885943 when instructed. A webcast of the discussion will also available at shareholder.ford.com.
